Why Couldn’t I Buy Hannah Montana Concert Tickets But Every Broker In The World Has Tickets?

I got on Ticketmaster at 9:55 am on September 15 to buy Hannah Montana tickets. Two other friends of mine did the same thing on their home computers. They kept trying until 11:30 a. m. I tried until 12:30 p. m. Why were we not able to purchase tickets but every ticket broker in the world has hundreds of tickets? And why are they able to charge hundreds of dollars for each ticket?

Welcome to the world of buying tickets for popular concerts, sporting events, etc. It happens. Don’t know why it happens, but it does. It’s irritating as all hell I know…but not a whole heck of a lot you can do about it.
The ticket brokers didn’t buy every pair you see on the website. They list tickets that people are selling through them or that they have bought from people.
