One, you have to be 16 and sometimes 15 to even legally get a job and two, there are probably hundreds of other gamers who either have qualifications in software development or are so good at gaming that they can't be passed up. If you still want to try however, you could go to any of the sites of the major developers and see if you can get a job. And example of this is on Bungie, they have a section for the current job openings, so try it out. I am not sure on how much you would be paid because it probably ranges from developer to developer.
