Very Interesting Question, Following My Last One :)?
First read my last questionhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?…
Most people answerd that the lives that they live are enforced by the Government, which is based on Christianity and faith.
now, stop and look at the life you are liveing here in America, and while you are at it read these verses.
Psalm 2:1-6 (New International Version)
Psalm 2
Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the LORD and against his Anointed One.”Let us break their chains,” they say, “and throw off their fetters.” The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. Then he rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath
then it Goes on to say
Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry and you be destroyed in your way,for his wrath can flare up in a moment.Blessed are all who take refuge in him.
SO DO YOU SEE????
God blesses the nations with Faith based leadership. just be thankful you aren’t living like people in third world countries who’s leaders are very much openly corrupt and power hungry.

Well, we seem to have a president now who is not faith based…and if he keeps going in the direction he’s taking the country, we will be like Kenya before he’s out of office. When China owns all our debt, and manufactures all we need, the US will be broke. We will function like a third world nation. California is broke now, and as it’s governor is quick to point out, it’s not the only state. If states begin to fail financially, the federal government is next. Nobody thinks it can happen right now, but nobody thought most of those Wall street moguls could fail either. They did and we can. We certainly need the blessing and help of God on our country. Look at what happened in Russia when religion ran cool, or I should say, lukewarm. An atheistic, God hating, Christian killing machinery took over..a cruel dictatorship, which murdered approx 80 million Christians over the course of it’s existence. How do we know for sure? Because they were so proud of themselves for killing so many Christians that they kept meticulous records—until about the 1970’s when it became clear in the west that it was happening and that the west frowned on the practice. The killings continued….the recording of the murders stopped. This is where a country ends up when it looses God. All the people who cry and complain about having to live in a land where faith is legislated need to go experience living under a regime where no faith is legislated, or the beliefs (or lack thereof) of whoever happens to be in control and has the biggest guns…It won’t be fun for anyone. Even the Soviets who were in power were not happy, because they saw how anyone could become the target at any time over anything…or over nothing at all. Those who don’t want a faith based nation can always go to Kenya now, or Russia…or they could get down on their hands and knees to pray a prayer of thanksgiving that we still have at least a bit of God’s blessing on our land with the freedoms and privileges it brings us. I vote for the latter, but the former is OK with me, too. Really great question.
Wow, a Bible quote.
Must automatically be true…not.
Our government is not based on faith. Something called the First Amendment.
Why did 9/11 and an economic crash occur during Bush’s reign then?
Homophobia is a sin like lying, stealing and murder. God hates sin. Using our Government or Federal or State Constitutions to promote, glorify and legitimize homophobia is immoral. Rather than trying to force everyone to live under laws based on homophobia, unrepentant homophobes should seek deliverance from their sin. “Treat others as you want to be treated” does not mean “take away the civil rights from law-abiding, taxpaying, gay Americans.”
