Upcoming Onsales and Hot Events
This week’s biggest onsale kicks off the holiday season early with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, who are always a big seasonal hit. Also new this week is Jay-Z, who will make over 20 shows available for what’s sure to be one of the hottest tours of the fall. In sports, many NHL team schedules go onsale in the next few days including the New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Anaheim Ducks. Other good events to keep an eye out for are Blink-182 in California, Dane Cook in Boston, and AC/DC in Philadelphia.
Here’s the full list of the biggest onsales and events this week. Some of these may look familiar as many acts spread out onsales across multiple weeks.

Pearl Jam will be the last band to perform at the Spectrum
Pearl Jam will be the last band to ever perform at the Philadelphia Spectrum when they perform their only east coast appearances at the soon-to-close arena on Oct. 28 and 30.
Comcast-Spectacor and Live Nation will celebrate the final months of the Spectrum with a series of final farewell concerts to say “goodbye” to America’s Showplace, the Spectrum.
Additionally, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, one of the most popular acts to ever perform at the Spectrum, will return to perform two more shows there before the building closes on Oct. 13 and 14.
“It’s really great to play a place with so much history and so much integration of culture,” said Pearl Jam lead singer Eddie Vedder when the band last performed at the Spectrum (April 28, 2003). “To be able to play the Spectrum is very memorable for us.”
