Do People Relise That The Regular Season?

doesnt count in the playoffs, it’s stupid when people say LAs gonna beat cleveland because they swept the season series or that cleveland has the best record in the nba, well tell me this, the magic swept the lakers the spurs won the season series against cleveland and boston yet it looks like were going fishing and also apart from last year from 2002 the team with the best record never won the finals until the celtics last year, you better all stop making these garuntees that the cavs and the lakers will win with using just regular season stats, why do you think we have playoffs for, just watch the damn games enjoy them root for your team but dont be surprise if they dont win a championship, peace.

correct. if reg season is wut ppl look at and imagine playoffs…they are wrong already..lakers beat rockets 4-0…but come playoffs…rockets won 2 games already…one without yao..does that say sumthin to ppl?..as they say..anything can happen ; dont be suprised…if these teams make it this far, they all must be great teams…now its now or never so every1 plays at their best.

well yes I agree with you in the post season you will see different teams as apposed to the regular season.. When teams forget that they get beat down in the first game at home (like my lakers).. I guess you just got to understand that when you talk about someone’s team its like talking about their family member.. We want our teams to win so bad.. If you don’t feel that way about your team I can’t explain the feeling, if you do feel that way, you know what I’m talking about.. As an LA fan I’m NOT going to sit here and be like “well…. mayybe my team will make it” Heck no.. As much as I love my team Ima say it loud and proud, My team is going to win and we WILL have a parade.. Its all about pride and true fans:o) you can’t get mad at a true fan no matter who their team is!!

Yeah, it’s all about matchups really.
I for one think that Denver’s style matches up well with any team, but they’re called a “dark horse” because they only won 54 games.
But the style they play is brutal.
They play very good, physical, active defense and they know how to get easy points in transistion.
CLE is great defensively, but they can’t match DEN’s offense. LA is the best offensive team in the league, but not that much better than DEN. Also, DEN is more physical than LA who has a tendancy to fall asleep and get pushed around.
They’re just more well rounded right now and playing better than anyone in the playoffs. I wouldn’t be surprised if they took care of CLE or LA inside of 6 games.
