Hank Sr. I love every song by him. He is a Legend !
“There’s a tear in my beer, cuz I’m cryin for ya dear. You are on my lonely mind Into these last nine beers I have shed a million tears. You are on my lonely mind”
Reba McEntire
“If I Had Only Known” – my favorite Reba song ever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwk0wYAAO...
I love her voice and have been a fan for years. I have all her records, etc – and even named my Redbone Coonhound I adopted after her. She has a pleasing sweet low howl and dark red hair so the name kinda fit. Haven’t got to ever meet her in person but would probably be rendered speechless.
My answer would have to be George Strait. He is the “King of Country Music” and the “Artist of the Decade”. George has stayed true to his music and fans for almost 30 years and he is dedicated to giving his fans what they want. George is “true” country all the way.
Emmylou Harris. I’ve been a fan so long I bought my first two vinyl records of hers in the bargain bin at Sears marked down to $3. Score! Then I went to see her perform sometime in the early 80’s. (I threatened to get a job as a waitress if my then husband didn’t take me to see her.) He did and we got to go backstage and meet her where she autographed my boot. It was one of the best shows I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a few.
Jim Ed Brown. I have been a fan of his since 1986. I have seen him hundreds of time since then and have sold merchandise for him at many concerts.
“You’re the Part of Me” is my fave J.E. song.
My favorite country singers are: Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood, Gary Allen, Jack Ingram, George Strait, Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift, (only her music not a fan of her) I’m sure there are some others!
well I love all country singers, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, George Strait, Carrie Underwood, Hank Jr. Loretta Lynn, Dolly PArton, almost every single country singer old and new.
I think I would faint if I see Taylor Swift though.
OMG I LOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEE TAYLOR SWIFT!!!!!!!!!!! SHE IS AWESOME AND I CAN REALLY RELATE TO HER SONGS PLUS I CAN PICK THEM UP EASILY SO I CAN SING ALONG TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you haven’t seen him live, GO! And if you can’t afford to, pick up the Love, Pain, & The Whole Crazy World Tour DVD – only 10 dollars and it is amazing!! Trust me…I’ve seen many, many country artists live and nobody compares to Keith!
